- One = Count your blessings, using a “gratitude journal”.
- Two = Practice acts of kindness, both random and systematic.
- Three = Savor life’s joys.
- Four = Thank a mentor.
- Five = Learn to forgive.
- Six = Invest time and energy in friends and family.
